It's Christmastime in Leyton

Yes, I'm aware that it was just Halloween. Yes, I know that it's obnoxious to talk about Christmas now. But I can't help it! Maybe it's because our Halloween was a little flat (one trick-or-treater, who refused to say "trick or treat"), but I'm already getting excited about Christmas. For some reason, it hit me recently that I should make Christmas ornaments. And so I went a little crazy with it:

And then when I was knee-deep in Christmas ornaments, I decided that I really should try my hand at garlands:

This picture doesn't show it off too well... I might have to break out the Christmas tree a little early for a photo shoot!

I love making these little flowers because (aside from being super-easy) they remind me of stars.
