Last Sunday, M. and I took his mother for a visit to Kew Gardens. It was so lovely there, we spent the late morning walking around, had a picnic lunch, and then did some more walking. At one point M. and I passed the cutest lady in a lovely simple summery dress. "I wish I was the sort of person who just wore dresses pretty much every day," I sighed (as I waddled along... 8 months pregnant = ungainly).
"So why not just do it?" was M.'s answer.
Ummmm... huh, yeah. I had no reply. Why don't I? Well, for a start, I'd need to stock up on one or two casual, versatile dresses. Kinda like these:
Other Allways dress in turquoise, by Out of Line
Pink embellished prom dress, from Dorothy Perkins (okay, this one's maybe less versatile, but it's super cute!)
Portrait Perfect dress, from ModCloth
Rowboat dress in Abyss Blue, from J.Crew (betcha a million bucks this would terrible on me, but I thought it might be nice for you...)
Blossom chambray dress by Dear Creatures, available from Ruche
